📜 Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

Free to start. The core tools on MemorizeItNow.com are free for students, teachers and everyone — no registration nor fee required. Optional upgrade packs for advanced learning and teaching tools may be offered in future; anything free today stays generous.
Your content. Decks you create belong to you. They are stored on your device; if you share a deck file, its text goes to whoever you send it to.
Be kind. Don't use decks or shared files to share harmful, hateful or inappropriate content.
No warranty. We work hard to keep the site running, but it is provided "as is". Keep a printed copy of any deck that matters to you (the Print button makes this easy).
Advertising. Gentle ads support the site. Please don't ask or encourage anyone to click ads — that would break the advertising rules and could end free access for everyone.
Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
